Phase I was open to 35 EB-5 Visa investors and is now fully subscribed, has been a great success and has received 100% petition approval to date. This phase saw the construction of a 57 unit condominium hotel in the geographic center of the ski and golf resort.

Phase II is now available and is open to 150 EB-5 Investors. This phase will see the construction of a larger 120 unit condominium hotel and 32,000 square foot indoor water park including spa and fitness center and various ancillary projects including a Golf Clubhouse, Ice Rink, Bowling alley and Vista Restaurant.
