phase i - introduction
Phase I of the EB-5 Visa Program was launched in March 2007 and subsequently sold out by October that same year.
Phase I was open to 35 EB5 investors, each investing $500,000 to raise a complete build cost of $17.5m.
Phase I of the EB5 Visa Program involved the construction of a 57 unit condominium hotel, physically joined to the aerial tram lifting skiers to the top of the mountain with the condominium hotel being situated in the geographic center of the resort providing ski-in/ski-out access.
We have received a 100% success rate for all EB-5 Visa applications submitted to-date.
