Phase II of the EB-5 Project

phase iI - EB-5 Visa Project | introduction

Phase II of the State of Vermont EB-5 Investor Program was launched in November 2007 and is now investor ready.

Phase II is open to just 150 EB-5 Visa investors, each investing $500,000 to raise a complete build cost of $75m.

Phase II EB-5 Project involves the construction of a 120 unit condominium hotel, 32,000 sq. ft. indoor water park connecting to the hotel with international spa and fitness center. In addition the second phase will include the ancillary projects of an Indoor Ice Rink Arena, A Bowling Alley, and a spectacular Golf Clubhouse, with pub and panorama vista restaurant.

Retail units including a supermarket, salon, ski-shop, arcade, eatery and childcare facilites will be a core component and occupy the ground floor of the development.
